María Pura Pidal established LA ALBAIDA DISEÑO INTERIOR in 1991, opening the Malaga showroom and accomplishing her dream of devoting herself to interior design and decoration. In 1996, they expanded the business and opened a showroom in one of Marbella’s landmark buildings, that now on it’s a interior design studio highly considered on its sector. Currently, is Maria’s daughter, Mar Barroso who runs the business, she joined the company in 1994, following her true vocation and now days coordinates an excellent team of 20 professionals included interior designers and decorators, upholsterers, fitters, office workers and warehouse staff.

One of their firms is FARROW&BALL whose work is devoted to producing unparalleled paints and wallpapers that transform homes around the world. There is true alchemy to their paints. It’s the high levels of natural pigment, rich resin binders, and the high refractory nature of their key ingredients that produces that signature immersive depth of colour. With interior and exterior, modern and traditional finishes available on an edited palette of 132 colours, their paints are created to shape homes.
